Kory and Sarah were fantastic and kept me updated with anything every day or two. The work was done perfectly and much faster than I ever had anywhere else. The techs and customer service at this location were incredible. They even took the time to correct issues I did not think about. I will he taking any future issues to this establishment.

Kory and Sara were amazing. Caliber got me back on the road in 1/3rd the time I thought it would be and the work was incredible. Every conversation I had with them was friendly and they provided constant updates on my car's repair status. The techs did an Amazing job on the repair. Should I ever need this again, Caliber will be the first one I call.

Very professional, got our car in for an estimate in just a few days then we were able to schedule the repairs within a week. Paperwork was taken care of through the repair shop and Travelers. Once it was in the shop for repairs, they kept us informed of the process through texts and the estimate days for the repairs to be completed was correct. The only reason we didn’t rate it a 10, there was a default message that showed up on the dash regarding the safety features were not on. We had to take it back the next day to have this corrected and they had to keep the car another day. We would have preferred they kept the car an extra day to correct this issue.
