From the beginning when they lied and said they could repair my car in “3-4 days”, to them lying and saying they were delayed because my insurer didn’t want to pay a $200 shipping fee for a fender, to forgetting that they told me the fender lie and then telling me-2 or 3 weeks later- that her Ee was “working my fender back into shape” THAT day, but trying to blame it on a support piece that held the fender on. The same shop repaired my car a year ago, and after the bubbles in the paint- which they denied doing, despite being the only shop who has ever worked on my car- and then the way the car drives after they had it for more than a month, which was after telling me they only needed 3-4 days, I wouldn’t ever do business with a Caliber collision again. I am an insurance agent, and I’m making a complaint with Safeco, I have asked my adjuster to escalate my complaint to his supervisor to see if Caliber cannot be removed as a preferred shop as I won’t ever direct a customer, friend, colleague, or enemy to use their shops. I had a call from a Kory at the 2-3 week mark to ask if I wanted to buy tires while the car was at Dobbs for the alignment- which you guys soaked my insurance for almost $500 for, AFTER I told him that I had a lifetime alignment available at Plaza tire which was actually CLOSER than Dobbs- this Kory thought it was funny and laughed at me on the phone when I said they should have to get me a rental car since they are taking so much longer than they said. He laughed and said “yeah, that’s just how it goes in the auto body industry. We are always really late”, and then he seemed shocked when I tried to explain that (1) laughing at me when I’m saying it’s causing me great inconvenience NOT having MY car for over a month and I don’t have rental car reimbursement on my insurance and then (2) I don’t know why any company would be proud of an industry trend to be WAY off base on getting work done or completing by deadlines? Perhaps, and this is just a suggestion, but perhaps if that’s true maybe you guys should try to improve on that instead of bragging about it to me AS I am trying to convey it’s a problem now that you still have not finished my car?

This is my first experience with Caliber in Imperial, was a previous customer of John's Auto Body, and would recommend Caliber to others. From Sara at the front desk to Kory the Service Advisor to Brandon in the work shop, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of work I received. I will return for any future needs.
