The staff was VERY nice. I was shocked my car was completed so quickly. It is unclear to me why I was called 3 times telling me my car was done and when we arrived 45 minutes later we still had to wait as the car was still being cleaned. Overall, would still HIGHLY recommend!

All employees that we spoke with at liberty mutual EXCEPT Melba simms are all exceptional. Melba refused to return any contact by any persons/ company’s however her name was on all paperwork, she did nothing for us. Her refusal to return any contact caused delays with the rental and repair. We would like to speak with someone about this situation. She is the one that deserves all the BAD ratings.

I was expecting to have my rental for a whole 7 days but turned out they had my car fixed and back to me within 3 days. Repairs done on the car look fantastic. Like a brand new car.

I have been miss lead for almost every question I have had. When I picked my vehicle up there was still damage. I now have to bring it back. Plus the repairs to longer than I was told originally. This has been very aggravating. By know sorry just don’t cut it.

When calling and checking on the vehicle’s progress, I would get multiple different answers on the work being done. The communication from the front desk to the mechanic’s is very poor! I was told the vehicle would be done by 12:00 pm to be picked up,I get there to pick my vehicle up and it’s not finished! It was another 40 Minutes until the vehicle was ready to be given back to me.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The repair on my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule. That was especially appreciated considering all the delays that seem common in today’s economy and work ethic. The texts that I received as the repairs progressed was very welcome. Then you went beyond normal service by cleaning my vehicle inside and out. Thank you so much and I will not hesitate to recommend you to those who may need your service.
