When calling and checking on the vehicle’s progress, I would get multiple different answers on the work being done. The communication from the front desk to the mechanic’s is very poor! I was told the vehicle would be done by 12:00 pm to be picked up,I get there to pick my vehicle up and it’s not finished! It was another 40 Minutes until the vehicle was ready to be given back to me.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The repair on my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule. That was especially appreciated considering all the delays that seem common in today’s economy and work ethic. The texts that I received as the repairs progressed was very welcome.
