Service was great, communication was great! The only reason I gave a nine is because I had to come back because my lock wasn’t working on my door and there was a loose wire so that was a little bit of an inconvenience but it was fast fixed. It’s just hard when you work the same hours as caliber to get there.

Looks like it never happened. Very pleased. One suggestion, if there is a chance calibration is needed, just include it in the estimate. That way, if not needed, the final bill is less than estimated. Better feeling for the customer in my opinion.
