My tires cost $3400 My front tires are rubbing badly. I’m bringing my truck back up there tomorrow. You didn’t fix the 4 wheel drive and is aware that needs repair! This is terrible business. I’m total unsatisfied!

Stuart was great! He kept me informed and was very professional and friendly. The lady at the front desk (I want to say Lisa or Jennifer; so sorry if both guesses are wrong) was also very helpful and friendly. She helped me get the rental car at your location which was so convenient. And my car looks fantastic! And thank you for washing it! It was so dirty when I brought it in because I was afraid if I got it washed more parts would fall off…lol I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision at Pendleton Pike!

Great experience. Quality of work is top notch. They used OEM parts and you can’t tell where the original damage was located. Very happy with the car look. We also appreciated their customer service. I signed up for their text messages and we always knew the process status and the estimated delivery time. I would recommend them if you need any collision repair service.
