The work done on the rear end is exceptional. I felt like I was a looking at a brand new car. Until I looked harder and found that the hood, while it is indeed latched, is not all the way down in place like it should be. And the white bumper under the grill is still cracked.

My accident was on 2/14. I was told my car was good to go on 3/3, so I picked up it up to find that the front end was still damaged. Took back in the next day, 3/4, and haven’t heard a word about my car since.
