Robert was on point! He made sure I knew the whole process, he spoke clearly and was very professional and down to Earth. Definitely appreciated knowing I could trust who I left my vehicle with. OEM part replacement. You touched up the paint, presumably because removing the original part damaged the paint. I can't tell where the paint was touched up.

Body shop job and paint is good. Only mi or critique is afterwards the interior was quite dirty. Looked like they uses same rag to wipe down everything which was then wet and the dust and dirt just clinqed to it.

Only area of improvement is that insurance would tell me the vehicle is being moved to one location and the Caliber would not not that and asked me if im willing to have it moved. I said the vehicle has already been moved. Just not all on the same page but sure the messaging is not all in one system.
