I appreciated the daily updates and was impressed by the turn around time which was two days earlier than originally quoted even during a holiday week. My car looks like it was returned to new condition and I am very happy that I chose this collision repair place.

Chad was FANTASTIC. Very professional and VERY kind! I am sorry but I cannot remember the ladies name that explained to me not to go through the clear coat car wash, but she was very professional and kind as well! The ladies that helped me pay the bill were also EXTREMELY nice. I will HOPEFULLY NOT be back but will definitely come to you should I hit another mailbox again! 😆😅🤣😂 . You have THE RIGHT IDEA at Caliber Collision! NO ONE wants to HAVE to come there, but when you DO, you are treated by wonderful, KIND staff members! It makes SUCH A DIFFERENCE TO ME! Chad gave me updates on what was going on with my car ALMOST EVERY DAY and I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT! Thank you ALL for a great experience and I will refer everyone I can to you! I would recommend anyone that needed repairs on their car, they were courteous friendly made me feel very comfortable and reassured that my car will be taken care of. Hopefully I will not need repairs again but if I did I'd go back to Caliber Collision.

Took longer than anticipated. I had to bring my car back for a minor detail. It was solved immediately. Roberto noticed they put the wrong headlight assembly on my car. I do have to bring it back for that. My car does look great, inside and out. The employees are wonderful I would definitely use them again

Chad was very helpful and explained that if my spoiler came in painted the labor charge would be less. It did come in painted and therefore lessened my total bill. I got a quote from a competitor that was virtually the same but was not told it could be less. My guess is they would have pocketed the the extra labor charge.

When I talked to Chad on Thursday I t Old him I would pick up the car on Monday. There was no mention that I should let them know I was picking up car. All u all seeme d to do was have an excuse as to why my paperwork and car was not ready. No apology no mention of chads error in not fully informing me. You all failed customer satisfaction by handling long an error in communication wrongly. I would never recommend someone to have their car fixed bu you.
