When I talked to Chad on Thursday I t Old him I would pick up the car on Monday. There was no mention that I should let them know I was picking up car. All u all seeme d to do was have an excuse as to why my paperwork and car was not ready. No apology no mention of chads error in not fully informing me. You all failed customer satisfaction by handling long an error in communication wrongly. I would never recommend someone to have their car fixed bu you.

The repairs were done very well but the customer’s brand new doughnut spare tire was used to transport the vehicle for sublet tire repair/ replacement and the Brand new Kia provided scissors Jack was not returned to the car.
