Robert, an advisor was wonderful. He kept me updated with my repair process. He also informed me that my car would be repaired sooner than expected from 2 weeks to 4 days. He explained what was done to my car after I picked up my car. He even dusted my car off after it had rained. Way to go Robert.

Actually this is Thomas. Overall repair is excellent! One thing I wasn't satisfied is they didn't monitor car battery which was dangerous low level. I have one wish list is when they booked my car, not drop car off the next day instead dropping off when my car is available to work on, not parked whole week.
