I feel caliber gave me a fair price for the repair since this was an out of pocket cost for me. Your people from front desk to estimator was very good. The quality of work that I looked at after the repair looked very good. I would not hesitate to recommend Cabiler for my or other peoples needs

As I drove off and made it to the gas station I noticed the passenger side head light wasn't working. I turned the headlights off and on and it was on then it was working then it was working again 😒 so I returned the charger to the shop and got back into the rental. Such a big waste of my time. Make sure to check and test everything before reaching out to the customer to say its completed. I was so aggravated about that today 😒

I pick my car up for completion. Went to the gas station and found out the headlight that you replaced wasn't working. So I returned the car the same day. They call me back 2/24 to say it's fixed only to find out a couple hrs ago that it still has a short. I'll be reaching out today. Thanks for wasting my time

I appreciate the consistent communication, keeping me in the loop of each step. I also appreciate that the Greenwood location realized they couldn’t get to my car as quickly as they liked, so it was towed to Lawrence, work completed, then towed back to Greenwood for pick up. And I was in the know each step of the way.

The guys did an excellent job on putting my car back together and making it look like a new one. If you want your car repaired in the least amount of time with an excellent repair job go to caliber collision.
