The website link didn’t stay updated throughout the process, which made it a bit hard to follow along. There was also some miscommunication around pickup timing. I had mentioned I was busy and wouldn’t be able to get my car until the following week, but that didn’t seem to carry through. When I picked it up, I also noticed a small carve-out on the left side near the headlight. Nothing major, but worth mentioning. Overall, just a few communication and detail issues that could be improved.

Josh was rude. Your shop took too long and cost me out of pocket. I have dealt with different calibre collisions about 10 times and this was by far the worst experience. Never coming back.

Took too long to get it repaired . I had to pay for extra rental car which they haven’t reimbursed yet. And now just saw that the light is not aligned and the new tire is leaking air.

Jeff was very helpful throughout the entire process; from explaining the repairs and then breaking done the cost of each part and labor. He worked with my time line. Jeff also updated me along the way. It was a very smooth process.
