Everything works just as it did. However sometimes turning over a bumper surface I can hear my car creak a little bit, never noticed this before repair so I can’t tell if it’s a problem.

I am satisfied with the repair but not with Jeff L in the Westfield, IN office. When I took my car home, I noticed a small dent in the passenger side of my car. This was not there before. When I called Jeff he gaslighted me and said he circled it when we inspected the vehicle. That is a lie. We inspected the rear driver side bumper, not the whole vehicle. While I do care that I need to now fix the dent and exposed metal, I am more disappointed that Jeff had the audacity to lie to me. That, to me, is the worst thing an employee of any company can do. I will not be choosing Caliber for any more service—there is competition in our city.

I was completely satisfied with the job that you all did. I especially like the way I was greeted at first when I came to the business after that the updates on my car I was surprised cause most companies don’t do that. The employees was magnificent. Awesome, polite, kind explained everything what they were gonna do and what they did. I am so glad that my insurance is with Hoarce Mann very good company and reliable. Steven Stangel explain everything to me. Who is my insurance man as soon as I took my car to caliber collision Jeff explained everything to me the parts they was gonna order what they were gonna do gave me a timeline. Everything was to my satisfaction, very, very professional I will give them A1.

I was very impressed with caliber collision the employees treated me nice and respectful very knowledgeable in what they’re doing. I am so happy I went there. My car looks amazing just like you did when before I took it there they get me a form on what they were doing. Gave me a timeline as they was working on the car and updates. Explain to me everything what they did took me outside explain everything what they did to the car absolutely amazing I give them five stars. so glad. That Horace Mann insurance company recommended caliber collision

The original quote on the damage to the vehicle was fair- each damaged item was pointed out by my service advisor, and I was advised that the amount could change once they had it up on the rack. The amount of time needed for the repair was clearly stated, and I like that Caliber has an arrangement with Enterprise Rental so that by the time you are ready to leave, the rental car is there at Caliber, ready for your use. The people I met at Caliber are friendly and professional. They do excellent work! KLF

My repair shop service person was very professional. He did an excellent job of spotting the damage to my vehicle and giving me the initial quote. When he was able to get it into the shop and up on the rack, I received an amended quote with an explanation of what further damage the vehicle had sustained. Throughout both of these processes, my service repair person was responsive and available to me via phone if I needed to call with a question.
