The work that was done was great and the cleaning job was great. Just the overall process and manner of having my concerns address I was not impressed. It seemed that one type of information was given to me and other information given to the insurance company.

I felt like my questions were disregarded and as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The receptionist wasn't very personable. The day I came to pick up my truck it took her approximately 5 minutes to find my keys.

I had to send my car back because it wasn't working right. Also, it took a very long time for them to fix it.

I was told I would have a follow up call every other day. That did not happen. I had to reach out to them. They had my car for 3 months. Once I sent it back the customer service was much better.

Its pretty sad that they wanted to hide the fact that they broke my reverse manual gear shaft and how was I suppose to get it out of their parking lot. I won't ever refer them to anyone!

Right now, I'm trying to understand how they jammed my reverse manual transmission.So it is not drivable at the moment. My car was in properly working order other than the back bumper area where the açcident happened.
