Poor experience. Number one concern. The lug nuts on the car were finger tight. Huge safety concern. It also took longer than expected. Also not sure why I didn’t get the same level of service I did in Lebanon at their caliber collision. They detailed the interior and put gas in my car at no charge. Westfield really dropped the ball. I won’t be back.
