Your shop was not BMW certified, even though the representative on the phone told me you were. Also, both the front and rear bumper paint colors did not match the rest of the car. Additionally, the entire car now has a rough, sandpaper texture. I believe your paint shop may have gotten overspray over the entire vehicle. I'm highly disappointed and concerned that my car will never be like it was.

Just picked up the truck last night. So far so good. Looks great and it seems like real attention to detail. Great customer service and followup even to the point where an employee Passing by my rental car in the parking lot made sure that I realized that they would return the car for me. It is such a hassle to deal with accidents and rentals and time and money spent. Little details like rental car return and great customer service are the bright spots in the unpleasant experience of accidents and insurance companies. Thank you John Maclaren
