Caliber Collision is an outstanding shop. My experience with them has been a very positive one. From the moment I walked in, all frazzled and distraught from the experience of having been in a collision, Mark Mrosla and Karen put me at ease. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and soft spoken. He gave me confidence that all was going to be taken care of and done with integrity. Mark, Karen and Mike took care of everything, from making arrangements for transportation for a car rental, to explaining everything, including costs with clarity, to updates, and after service follow up. Mark Mrosla went above and beyong, knowing that I was from out of town, staying here for 2 weeks. Mark was able to accomplish the car being fixed in a week. That was outstanding - I appreciated and am grateful to him for this. Caliber Collision deserve high accolades for thier professionalism, warm, friendly and caring treatment of their customers, their prompt service, great work done, and most importantly their high standards and ethics.
