I had to follow up on a couple of straightforward questions (estimate, and detailing) that I was told I’d hear about by end of day. So I had to call a couple of times in the following days to get an update. Other than getting a text that said my car was “in finishing” I wasn’t notified it was ready to pick up until I called later that day. It was only after I picked up the car when I received notification it was ready. The app is useless as it didn’t reflect real-time status. I’m disappointed because I’ve always had a top tier experience. Hopefully this was just an outlier.

My Experience

I would like to say that this is my first time ever needing any repairs done on a car. I was very stressed about having to deal with the aftermath of someone running into my parked Chevrolet. I really appreciate the staff for being so kind and helpful and explaining the process to me and my mom. Everyone at Caliber were so patient and communicative with all the repairs as well. My car looks wonderful and I feel so happy that I chose Caliber Collision. It feels great to see my car look like it’s brand new again. The staff was so great and they even drove my mother and I to Enterprise for a rental car. I will definitely come back here if I ever need any bodywork or painting done on my car or any of my future vehicles! Thank you Caliber for making such a stressful situation so simple and easy for us!
