At first I was told it’s not something they can do as it could be just cosmetic repair, then was told to go to Oreilly’s to just buy replacement mirror. I’ve asked if someone could at least look at it and give some advise on what I should do and how to fix it myself. Jaedon overheard the conversation and with her quick thinking and expertise, offered to install the replacement mirror for free. I went and bought it but It turns out the whole assembly needs to be replaced. I’ve paid for the parts and Jaedon has installed it for free. Jaedon has been very helpful, great customer service with great expertise and always a smile on her face. Thank you Jaedon!!"
