I’m extremely frustrated with how this claim and repair process has been handled. My car is still not properly repaired. I dropped it off on June 25, and the repair shop initially told me it was completed on July 16. When I went to pick it up, several issues had not been addressed, and much of the work that had been completed was poorly done and needed to be corrected. The shop assured me they would resolve everything and subsequently told me the vehicle was ready again on August 19. I was out of town, so I sent a friend to pick it up. After receiving numerous photos from him, it is clear that the repairs still have significant issues, including crooked badging, defects in the paint, overspray on the black plastic trim, paint drips on the wheels, and, most concerningly, a significant new scratch on the bumper that was not present when I dropped the vehicle off. I have photos from the day I dropped the car off that document its condition and can clearly establish that the scratch was not there beforehand. When I return from my trip, I will now have to take the vehicle back to the same shop for a third attempt at completing the repairs correctly. At this point, I have very little confidence that the work will be done properly. I am also extremely disappointed Calibers handling of this situation which has repeatedly demonstrated a very poor standard of workmanship. The vehicle has now been in the shop for nearly two months, the repairs remain unresolved, and I have exhausted my rental-car coverage despite the fact that the vehicle is still not properly repaired. I am now left without a rental while continuing to deal with problems that should have been resolved weeks ago.

This is the 2nd time my car has been repaired by Caliber and I've been extremely pleased on both occasions. Texts about the status were helpful, repairs were done sooner than expected, and the results are fantastic!

Estimated required time (5 days) ended up being a couple of days+ short, (drop off per appointment Wednesday morning, car not ready until a week+ later Friday afternoon. Workmanship was fine.
