Where to start... We dropped our car off on Sunday Aug 18th, we called the 19th,20th and then again on the 21st where Abigail told us she had sent us forms to sign. When each day we told her we never received the email. We then told her our email address again and she never checked what she actually sent it to. She had missed a letter of our last name therefore we never received the form, which in turn meant no one worked on our car from Monday till Wednesday afternoon when I escalated the issue to Gary which I believe was the service manager. He finally called me back Wednesday afternoon with an estimate and told me that he was hoping to get my car done by Monday the 26th and would call me and let me know the status.. but I never received a call from anyone from caliber on Monday. I called caliber 7:30 Tuesday morning to find out my car wouldn't be ready until late Tuesday night.. We picked my car up today 10 DAYS after we dropped my car off to then find an inperfection in the paint. Gary then told me I would have to figure out a rental for when caliber was fixing their mistake, in which I explained I have been without a car for 10 days without a rental and I cannot go without a car again. He in my mind almost argued with me telling me that was wrong and that I DID have a rental car via Caliber. As of today Aug 28th I have to take my car back again next week for my car to be fixed.. Again!
