Great communication and service. Kind employees. Cleaned my car which was sooooooooo appreciated! Like we don’t do the repairs and have a deductible so having a clean car really has impact. Always always do that because it’s so nice!

The repair itself was fine. But I was never given an estimated time to complete the repair, not even a rough estimate, until the very end when they told me it would probably be done on Friday and then wasn't done until Tuesday. I asked repeatedly and my question was consistently ignored. I understand that the estimated time to completion may need to be rough, like "2-4 weeks", but I couldn't get even that out of them.
