As discussed yesterday when I picked up the car, the left rear window sill was damaged and there are scratches on the headliner that I don't remember seeing there before bringing the car to your shop. The estimate changed like bingo numbers from $1200 to $2400 to $1900. Hire more competent people so you don't have suffer the consequences: bad reputation, people come back to get their car fixed because you didnt do a good inspection or ignored the damaged created byt the shop hoping the customer is not going to see it. As far as I'm concerned, I will never take another car to this shop.

I’m still having trouble with my hatchback door closing all the way without slamming it (which is a new problem since I was rear ended). It is better than before the repair but I need to slam the door to get it to latch all the way and keep my back accessory light from draining my battery. I am really impressed with how well they did matching the color on the parts of the car that wear painted.
