I had a wonderful experience with how well Cherista handled this engagement. I did not have a great experience with Caliber Auto Glass. If I could I would rate that as a minus 10 because a rating of 1 would be generous. Magnus was dogged until he secured my business, and then completely dropped the ball. If it wasn’t for Cherista my experience would have been worse, and I know Caliber can do better.

The repaired area looks perfect! I also greatly appreciated the car wash and vacuuming of the interior. I am unable to vacuum my car at my age, so I am very pleased that the car came back looking great and clean inside.

This is the second repair I’ve trusted to my local Issaquah Caliber and they never fail to deliver in spades! Everyone from the front desk person to the manager are professional and personable. I felt taken care of and heard at every step. They also set the correct expectation with time to repair, which is so critical when you are paying out of pocket for a rental car.
