Got a call last Thursday the car was finished. Went to pick it up. There’s still parts in the trunk they didn’t put on. And of course they couldn’t use the parts. Had to order new. Said they had the parts on Friday. It would be done Friday afternoon. No phone call. Left a message this morning. No return call. Finally called them. It’s not done yet. They discovered another part that they, had to order might be there today. My experience with travelers and family. the shop in your next work was a total letdown!!

My repair was scheduled and parts ordered very quickly. The repair was finished promptly and I was notified of its completion right away. I was very satisfied with the quality of work. Unexpectedly, my truck had been washed and the interior cleaned; what a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Caliber Collison.
