Mixed. You guys repaired my truck previously, 10/10. This time though, not so much.

Despite telling three different people and confirming it with the insurance company, the drivers side rear door does not shut as it once did. I repeatedly stated it did not feel like it was the strap, it was the striker. The wheel which was repaired is now a different color/finish than the rest. The tire was inflated to over 62 despite the sticker on the car specifying 32. The valve stem cap put back on the wheel was not the one it had, and does not match.

The repairs on the specified areas were done very nicely, however, upon further inspection I noticed my front right head light had 2 marks if some sort on them. As if a hot tool had made contact with it. In addition, I noticed that my dash cam footage was missing for two days, I assume the battery power was removed in some way, that's not necessarily a problem, but I wanted to call today to ask some question in regards to those two issues, however no one picked up, even after I called 3 times. It just rang until the call ended it self. Just for information purposes, I selected option 5 while calling. I hope to be able to find a solution for these soon in the future.

Just avoid the area after 3:30 pm as it is total traffic gridlock (the worse I’ve ever seen) in that area Mondays through Fridays

From the beginning, the team at the Issaquah location took care of us. They went above and beyond to accommodate us- willing to give us a ride to and from the shop. Rob and Rory were communicative and walked us through the process. Hillary and Avanti are delightful to coordinate with and able to answer so many process type questions. Upon pick up of my car, the work was done flawlessly and in even better shape than before I got hit. The team even buffed out parking lot dings while they were doing the repair. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience, especially when dealing with the aftermath an unfortunate incident (an accident). Can’t thank you enough!

One of the most seamless processes, which means a lot because it’s used because of a stressful circumstance (an accident). One area of improvement would be the phone system- the local shop had no issues, but the central one that you call to set up appointments was a pain and couldn’t help us. We ended up going to the shop and speaking with Hillary and Avanti and they took great care of us.

Great repair!! Car even got cleaned on the inside which was really nice! Unfortunately the screen inside the car got a few scratches that I can’t take off and are now permanently there:( but everything else was done amazingly.
