The whole staff was super cooperative and friendly. They fixed my car in less than a week, which was faster than what I was expecting. Thomas was especially helpful. I am very satisfied with their service

I would like to give a 2 thumbs up to Mr. Thomas at Caliber Collision on Blanding Blvd., very good Customer Service, polite, staying in touch with you and was very Communicative from the beginning to the end of service. I thank you so much for taking care of my daughter Honda Accord (she was glad her car fix, wash and vacuum out:) We also got it back sooner than expected that was a good thing. It’s wasn’t to bad, just the paint differences but my daughter was so excited to get her car back and she was so happy that they vacuum it out as well.

Thank you for good customer service and understandable from start to finish. Only thing that I notice next day in the sunlight that passenger side that was work on the paint was totally different from the other paint on the vehicle. I feel they could’ve done better and I know they seen it, but thought it would be ok, I seen it. I know they wasn’t going to paint the hold car that color and I didn’t want to come out of pocket at all.

My car turned out amazing and I’m extremely proud of the results. Thomas kept me informed every step of the way. My car doesn’t look like it was even in an accident.
