Would have been a 10 had they not unplugged my tail light and never plugged it back in after fixing the dent, ended up costing me 100$ to get a repair shop to order the headlight that's almost 400$ and the labor, luckily they only charged me for labor as the light could be returned

There is a dent in my new tailgate that was not there before. It was a little hard to see its exactly in the middle did not see it when I picked up my truck. Now it is seen every time I look at my truck. Its very small but still bothers me.
