The repair looks worse than it did before caliber did the work. Could have buffed off the scuff marks & called it a day.

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision! They replaced the headlight on my vehicle, and from start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Scott, the Service Manager, was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond every step of the way. Because the replacement part had to be shipped from Italy, the repair took about four weeks. Throughout that time, Scott kept me informed with regular updates and excellent communication, so I always knew what was happening. It’s rare to find someone who truly rolls out the red carpet for their customers, but that’s exactly what Scott did. His commitment to great service made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. I highly recommend Caliber Collision—and if you have the opportunity to work with Scott, you’re in excellent hands!
