Very professional staff. Kept me well informed throughout the process. Timing and coordination with insurance company and vehicle rental (through Enterprise) was smooth. The work was excellent. And they washed and cleaned the interior of my truck so it was perfect when picking it up.

Upon inspection at home (it was raining when I picked up my car), the seal that was installed between the hood and the bumper (which was not on the original estimate) shows through the gap between the left side of where the bumper meets the hood wider than it does on the right side of where the bumper meets the hood, giving the appearance that the bumper was not installed properly.

I had a very difficult experience with Caliber, I filled out all the required forms online several days before my scheduled drop off day, as well as a physical form at my first inquiry visit with all my information as well, claim number and contact information. When I went to drop my carr, they couldn't find anything on file, I had to sign forms again and later that day a get a call asking me whe did I wanted to drop off my car. There is no communication between corporate and the shops, no follow up, a total loss of information, my estimate wasn't ready, and still got my information incorrect. My car was promised by Wednesday the 24th and didn't get it until the 30th. I was getting contacted at my home number instead of my cell number, messages were sent to the land line number, it was a very frustrating experience. I definitely never use Caliber ever again.
