Rick was my service advisor and he was polite enough he laid things out for me and I know he's not the one who worked on the vehicle physically but he's a big dude I would have loved to see him go back there and slap somebody Silly they asked me if I wanted to bring the vehicle back in to have it put back together I said I already spent two and a half hours in the rain doing it myself I would like my screws and pop of its back that were originally holding everything together since those items are dealer only and cost money
