Everything went great and the work was very well done. Taylar Harrison is a great customer service rep. She really helped us a lot early in the process. Vern is also great - exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I personally hate having to get body work done because it's part of what is usually a negative accident experience. However, Caliber makes it as painless as possible.
