After this being my first car accident I wasn’t too sure what to expect. I looked up Caliber and had great reviews so decided to go thru them. Jose was great and informed me on the process all along. Overall was a stress free experience, would 100% not only recommend this shop but would recommend Jose as an advisor. Was could of been a stressful experience was a great experience thanks to the team. Happy with the repairs , like nothing really happened . Thank you guys

Overall, the major repairs (repainting and replacement of the rear bumper) were completed well. I appreciate that Caliber ordered an OEM bumper after the aftermarket parts arrived damaged. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the liftgate trim and rear emblem were not installed correctly, so I had to return to the shop multiple times to have these corrected and replaced. I expected the vehicle would be fully (and properly) reassembled and inspected before I picked it up.

While my representative was courteous whenever I spoke with him, I was disappointed with the overall lack of communication throughout the repair process. The estimated completion date changed several times, and more often than not, I was not notified of these delays unless I called the shop myself. This made it difficult to coordinate the return of my rental car and pickup of my vehicle, especially because I had to leave work early to pick up the car before the shop closed. I appreciated that my representative and the general manager were accommodating and quickly ensured that my vehicle was properly assembled after I picked up the car and found issues with the repairs. Ultimately, more proactive communication and a thorough final quality inspection before returning my vehicle would have greatly improved my customer experience.
