AMAZING JOB FROM START TO FINISH! Got my car in the day after the accident, the MANAGER at Caliber gave me a ride right away to get my rental! Truly shows commitment to customer service from the top down. Jessie pushed Geico along to approve the estimate and were really quick on the repairs. Being able to drop my rental car at Caliber once my car was ready was EPIC and saved me a 30 minute hassle. You truly made this nightmare situation of getting my car fixed as easy as it could be. Amazing service! The ride to the rental car place by the manager shows the level of customer service. The ability to drop the rental car at caliber when picking up my car was a huge time saver. You made what could have been an awful experience getting my car fixed very tolerable.

I had a great experience getting my car repaired here. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond with communication and kept me updated very frequently throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. One thing that stood out to me was how seriously they took my request for OEM manufactured parts. They made sure everything used on my vehicle was OEM as requested, and they were very transparent and accommodating throughout the repair process. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience much less stressful. My car looks amazing, and I truly felt like they cared about doing the job correctly. Highly recommend!
