Everything was perfect. Nobody likes having their car get damaged but I’d be happy to take it back to caliber collision in Kirkland every single time. Jared continued to keep me well updated daily, the entire was nothing but friendly and professional. 10/10

Pros: - The manager there (Manny) is really friendly and nice. - The repairment process was fast Cons: - The color of the new paint is off. When I pick up my car with my two friends, all of us immediately identified the difference from far away. Even Manny acknowledged the color difference. - The new door ( driver door), the window was not properly installed. Driving through a bump, or shut the door, the windows vibrates and makes clinking noises. Driving through unpaved road, that windows made noise like diaster. This must be fixed.
