I wouldn't go out of my way to say bring your car there but would say does quality work but it took a long time.

Overall the experience was good. Some communication issues at the beginning as to which shop actually had my car and length of time it took to repair my car. 6 weeks is a long time for a liftgate and rear bumper. It took half that time to get it approved through insurance. I believe some communication issues between shops played a part because Issaquah stated it was approved and sent it to another shop but then it sat there and then I was told that we were waiting for approval again. Manny was great at keeping me updated through repairs even if it wasn't good news he was relaying. Happy with quality of repairs. My liftgate doesn't always open due to new seal but Manny made me aware of it and I hope it works it self out. Overall satisfied with experience.

Everyone was always polite and professional. I called issaquah to check on my car and was told it was at Bellevue location. Called Bellevue but the staff couldn't find my car so they called issaquah to find out my car was at issaquah and they had submitted damage quote to insurance company.

They couldn’t even properly align my headlight. The car was completely aligned before the accident, and despite having my vehicle for about 15 days, they returned it to me in a condition that was not up to the standard it was in before the repairs.

The repair work itself was great, and I really appreciated the text updates and smooth communication. The live conversation was perfect as well. However, the female clerk sitting at the front desk was very unfriendly. Whenever I asked a question, she literally sighed and replied in an annoyed tone. Since she is in a customer-facing role, I really wish she would provide friendlier and more welcoming service.
