My original complaint indicated a washer fluid leak on the ground immediately after the accident. On checking the parts list for the repair for a washer fluid bottle there was none. I questioned the staff at the location about the leak I experienced and he immediately took the car into the shop to have it re-inspected. They found a cracked washer pump and found one locally and replaced it within a half an hour.
