Caliper Collision forgot to reinstall the AWD badge on the passenger door they repaired. They apparently lost it and now need to order this part. The molding still bulges and is not flush with the glass. I was told the car was ready for pickup but when I arrived I still had to wait for over an hour for them to prep the car. Even after the long wait, the problems listed above were still there. I’d appreciate it if these problems can be remedied in a timely manner. Thank you.

I had to to take the car in a second time to fix the molding and to install the AWD badge that the technician forgot to reinstall after the repair. To my amazement (horror), they installed the wrong AWD badge on my vehicle. I now have to return a third time. They apparently lost the badge that goes with my vehicle and have to order a replacement. The appraiser (Matt) has been excellent. Everything else has been very frustrating.

I was totally satisfied with Caliper. I wish in the past that my insurance company had referred me to them. Their work is just totally amazing.Everything trough the whole process they were totally honest and never left thinking what was going to come up next.They delivered my car to me looking better than when I purchased it brand new.You people do a great job, I wish that other businesses followed your strategy.Thank you for your work

Mr Matt is a great person, very polite and caring, but the first time I got the car, it was full of flaws, I came back the other day, and immediately went to him, and he was ready to do the wrong job. The second time I got the car on 08/10 Tuesday, the car was much better, but there was still paint stain on the repair and the driver's ports are misaligned due to the crash.
