Repairs were done in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction. Caliber staff kept me updated on a daily basis . I also liked the fact that Enterprise Rental car was at the Caliber center, making it easy to drop off my car for repairs, and get me back on the road without delay.

I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding my recent repair experience. I truly don’t take this lightly, but given the scope and cost of the work—over $10,000—I’m disappointed with the final result. The repair took significantly longer than expected, and communication around the timeline was inconsistent. I had difficulty getting a clear estimated completion date and was informed the vehicle would be delayed only while I was already en route to pick it up. While the team I spoke with was courteous, they often weren’t able to provide specific updates. When I did receive the car, I noticed the bumper doesn’t appear to be properly fitted into its socket, and the overall condition of the vehicle was concerning. It was returned to me extremely dirty—especially the interior, where it’s clear workers had been but did not take care to clean up. I’ve taken photos to document these issues if helpful. Given the extent of the repair and the investment involved, I expected to receive my car in visibly improved condition, not one that looks worse off in some areas. I’m reaching out in good faith with the hope that we can discuss possible solutions to address these concerns.
