Everything from start to finish was great! The bodywork and paint look beautiful, I was kept up-to-date on progress and the price was nice. Will definitely recommend Laguna Beach Caliber to everyone.

Car was returned with apparent damage not previously there - the manager showed me a picture of the car with the damage, but it looked like a recent photo - when I asked her to show me the file date of the picture image, she refused saying there was no date - but all files have a date and time associated with them - she refused to consider that it was caused by the shop and also refused to give me the name of her manager - she asked me to leave and I had to call the laguna beach police to get her to give me her name and her managers name - horrible experience with LB caliber collision

when i picked up my car, i noticed that the rear bumper which had been replaced had an indented gap with the right rear panel, which had a scrape on the corner - when i dropped the car off and had the estimator check it out, this was not noted by him or by me - when i brought it to the manager's attention, she insisted it was already there and showed me a picture of my car in what looked like earlier the day i picked it up - when i asked her to show me the date of the photo (as any jpg will have a file date and time), she refused - when i asked her for her card and her supervisors name, she refused and asked me to leave - i had to call the laguna beach police to come and get her to give me her name (gabby donaldson) and her supervisor's name (eric vargas) - terrible customer service - NEVER again will i use caliber collision

Excellent service and very helpful personnel during the time duration of my car repair by USAA. My car was finished in 14 days was pleasantly surprised. Also very convenient to have Enterprise next door also very professional much like Calibur. Very efficient and accommodating by Calibur Collision and Enterprise. A definite 10 on a scale if 1 being lowest & 10 being highest in business ranking.
