Caliber quoted a price of $1,377. At the time of the quote, I expalined that if the amount could be $1,250 or under I would go through insurance, otherwise I would pay cash. The cash price I was quoted was $964. The Caliber representative said he would take care of it one way or the other. When I went to pick up the car he said it was covered by insurance. When I went home to look at the paperwork the $1,377 price was charged to insurance. I called to ask what happened and now they have denied ever quoting a cash price when they had done this for me before only a month earlier. This will now have a $500 per year impact on my daughters insurance for the next 3 years. Extremely, extremely disappointed in the integrity of the management team at Caliber Collision Laguna Niguel and will never go back.
