As I said the paint was really the only good thing about the experience. The lady in the claims center went on and on and I spent an hour correcting her responses to details I spoke to her and she still did not get it correct.

Paint was good...the rest not so good. Told it would be ready on friday, got call late friday that it would be monday. another call on monday telling me you had some problems and it would be wednesday...well, then you called and offered to deliver it, which you did.

Not only my recent repairs but previous repairs as well. From the entrance greet to delivery of my vehicle. Staff was busy but managed to keep a professional adittude with customers. Body and fender repairs is not something you would like to do on a regular gases. But any family vehicle that need repairs will diffinately be done at Caliber collision Laguna Beach. CA. I had my driver's side mirror replaced and upon delivery it was not working properly. The technician did not test the unit to make sure that the electrical adjustment mechanism Emma's working, I cannot adjust my mirror, nor can I see what is behind me do it us unsafe. I gave next to no free time and now I have to take off from work to have it correctly repaired.
