Ernie at Caliber Collision Laguna was very helpful when I brought my car in for a repair. They were prompt in getting it fixed and Ernie went the extra mile to do some buffing from previous scratches on my car. Susie in the office was very helpful with all the paperwork. Ernie was also very good about keeping us informed on the timeline of the process. And to top it off they washed, waxed and vacuumed by dirty car. I would highly recommend.

Customer service is a 10. But want to mentioned that my car side window sounds like is open and i can see that a little bit water 💧 when inside my car with the rain while driving to work, It sounds like a hissing sound when i am driving.
