Ernesto at Caliber Collison on Laguna Canyon Rd is Excellent as a manager in all ways. Professional, friendly, great PR, follows up in consistent manner. Girl at front desk with beanie does your company a disservice. Lousy character, sloppy demeanor, wears beanie, speaks slow and with uncertainty, the worst front person.
