I have a window seal leak on drivers side and informed them that wayer leaked into the car onto the driver side floor board. Employee informed me they would mive it inside if it rained. Upon pick up, employee mentioned they covered the car with plastic during the rain but was left outside. When driving home, i noticed my floor board and mat were soaked with water and the car smelled of mildew. The empmoyee never mentioned that this had happened even though someone along the way knew that the car had gotten a lot of water inside. Honesty is a big issue in this case. If you did try to keep water out but it got in and they informed me and were open and honest, i could live with it. But to not mention it at all like it never happened is a red flag.
