The work at the Irvine Caliber Collision was 10 times better than the Laguna Beach location. The staff at the Laguna Beach office really need to be coached on doing better work and on following up with Customers.

First, was how I was treated from the first encounter, showing that your customers matter, havingpatience in answering my many questions and being able to explain the timing & the details. So many times people tell you will keep you informed and then you never hear again until the last minute. So second, you did an excellent job in keeping me informed. I don’t know if all companies understand that keeping your customers informed eliminates anxiety or worry about time or productivity, etc. Third-when you gave me a timetable for completion and thus pick up, and it was when I would be out of town, you stepped up the work priority to help avoid that. Again, you’re removing any chance of anxiety or worry. As a result,my car repair was finished earlier to avoid that outcome. Those are the elements of what I consider excellent customer service, and I thank each member of your team, in their roles from intake, through repair. One final thank you, for taking the extra time to get my car washed before taking it home. Everyone involved deserves a bravo! As well as my gratitude.
