It was my first time doing a repair via insurance. I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the receptionist, to the person that helped me check in my car, to the person that dropped it off. I forgot their names but victor was also helpful. I work a lot and I’m super busy but with the help of dropping off my car and picking up my rental for me, my experience was amazing and smooth. 10/10
