The paint is showing so much orange peel and the fact that both tail lights had blown bulbs says it all. Also the decal on the bed is off by over 3 inches. I just don’t feel like there was an experienced body tech working on my truck and then quality control is totally lacking. I can’t believe they wouldn’t think I’d notice. Their moto is the attention to details I find that hard to believe. Even though I needed my truck back ASAP I would have thought my ticket writer would have said hey I know it is not the best bring it back and they would wet sand and polish. Never said anything and I feel like I was kind of played. I get it it was an insurance job but if a shop is going to make claims like Caliber does they would want to stand behind it. Very disappointed in the quality of the repair.

I was very happy with the outcome of my Nissan Titan. They did a very good job in a timely matter. Nikki was wonderful explaining everything to me and always updating me and the girl at the front desk. Not sure what her name was but she was very helpful and friendly as well. I would recommend your company to my friends and family if they need their cars fixed.
