Oscar and his team did an incredible job from the customer service level to the repairs themselves. My car looks beautiful - better than before the accident! The front desk rep (I feel so bad, I’ve forgotten her name), regardless of how incredibly busy she was, always made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. I’ll happily recommend Caliber to anyone and everyone!

I had a great experience with caliber from start to finish. They contacted me quickly, got me in right away, the receptionist was friendly and efficient, and Nikki was outstanding! They also got my car fixed in half the time they originally quoted. When I said I needed it at a certain time of day to be able to pick up my kid from school Nikki made it happen. I had a great experience.

Was happy when they called & said it was ready but problem I was in another state, They said fine not a problem just let us know when you are able to pick it up, they washed & vacuumed it out. Awesome People
